Running alongside our UCI team, we have our British based development team. The club level team is supported by Doltcini and Derbyshire based company Cycle Division. As well as developing riders at UCI level, we run the development team to enable riders development right from grass roots level.

    With our development team we have a clear pathway for riders that want to take their racing to the next level. We have already put riders from our development team onto our UCI team with great success, riding in the biggest races in the world such as Ride London Classic and other major events.

    Our development riders benefit greatly from our UCI team, gaining invaluable exposure to elite-level racing and learning from seasoned professionals. This off-season, several of our development riders participated in a training camp with our UCI team, yielding significant success and offering a glimpse into their potential future endeavors.

    Our development team focuses on the British racing scene. Along with that focus requires support. The team ha support behind them by staff, other riders and the UCI team.
