who are we?

Initially established as a junior club team in the south east of England Doltcini O’Shea has evolved into one of the UKs top amateur teams . Offering an unparalleled European racing program .While primarily consisting of British riders we want to become a truly multi national team and now host riders of a range of nationalities . This gives us access to a wider talent pool and enhances race opportunities while giving riders the opportunity to experience different cultures and approaches. The team’s primary aim is to provide top level European racing experience and comprises 17 elite female riders ranging in age from 18 to 35 supported by a dedicated staff team of volunteer and paid staff. We have come along way since we first started in 2021 and are growing and attracting better riders as we move up the rankings and learn how to race and organise ourselves at UCI level

ride for freedom

There are almost 50 million people worldwide in some form of slavery on any given day, according to the Global Slavery Index, including tens of thousands of exploited persons in the UK. Today. Not historically. Children, women and men. Those appalling and shaming statistics, allied with reading the horrendous testimonies of dozens of survivors, compelled Gordon Miller to align his passion for cycling with his marketing and communications skill-sets to undertake personal challenges that would raise awareness of modern day slavery.

We have partnered with Ride For Freedom to raise awareness for modern day slavery. We are proud to represent such an important charity, sporting their logo on both our sleeves.
